I love sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone. Yoga is a practice that helps us create physical health and emotional balance but most importantly now a days, it gives us peace of mind and enhances our mental health. Yoga keeps us grounded and helps us live a fuller, happier life. I look forwward to sharing its benefits with you soon!

Here is a summary of my training and career:

Yoga Alliance Certifications and Workshops:

*Vinyasa Yoga 200 hour TTC at Green Monkey in 2013. 

*Dharma Yoga 500 hour TTC. 2015,  at Dharma Yoga Center in New York. ( Dharma Yoga is a style of Hatha Raja Yoga)

*Dharma Yoga 800 hour TTC. 2017,  at Dharma Yoga Center in New York.  ( “ )

* Yin Yoga 50 hour Certification. 2018 at Synergy Yoga in Miami Beach.

* Yoga for Arthritis 30 hour online Yoga alliance Continuing education workshop. 2023.

* Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan 3 day workshop at Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas. 2017,2018, 2019. With Krishna Das and Nina Rao.


Work and teaching history:

* Dharma Yoga Studio ( pre-covid ) for 6 year, from 2014 until 2020 when it closed.

* Upstairs Yoga ( 2018-2019, this studio closed in 2019)

* Just Om Yoga ( 2017 - 2019, this studio closed in 2019)

* Om Movement Studio ( 2019 to date )

* Dharamsala TC in Michigan ( 2021 to date, in person and online)


Through the years I have taught Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and mantra meditation and lately I have been focusing more on offering a Gentle Yoga Class that I’ve developed out of my years of teaching and after undergoing a total hip replacement in feb. 2023. Total recovery from THR is possible for yogis and I am passionate to share this experience with any yogis recovering from a major surgery or injury.  Yoga is a lifelong practice and I am happy to help adapt your practice to your new body!
