VINYASA FLOW

All Levels

My Vinyasa Flow Class is the perfect combination of effort, flexibility and movement. In this 75 minute practice we flow through different traditional yoga poses followed by a deep relaxation and end with a brief meditation. Its a perfect class for beginners or experienced yogis.

HATHA YOGA

Dharma Yoga Style

My Hatha Yoga class is a sequence of classical poses combined with Dharma yoga's breathing and meditation techniques. It is powerful practice  to build strength and to detox the body and mind. This class ends with a deep relaxation and breathing techniques to recharge the body and mind. All levels are welcomed.

YOGA NIDRA

Yogic Sleep

Yoga Nidra also known as Yogic Sleep, is a guided deep relaxation to help you restore and recharge the body and mind at deep level. One session of Yoga Nidra is equal to 5 hours of deep sleep.  It is highly recommended for people wanting to heal their body or with diffculty fully relaxing or sleeping. Duration: 60 minutes.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

Yoga & meditation for executives

I offer private and small group 30 minute sessions to help executives and business people find balance in their busy work life. These 30 minute sessions can be focused on meditation, de-stressing or short yoga movements to release anxiety.
